Intradyn Email Archiver accepts email directly from Gmail via a filter. Each element of your email; including header, body and attachments are digitally signed, archived and de-duplicated to ensure content integrity. The search engine uses an inverted index technology to quickly and accurately access any or all of your organizations emails.

Appliance architecture is available in both on premise (hardware & virtual) and off premise (cloud) deployment. Compatible with most On-Premise and Cloud Email Servers, including MS Exchange (2003 – 2016) & Online (O365), IBM(Lotus) Domino, GroupWise, Google Gmail and more.
Single instance storage and content de-duplication, as well as multiple access methods (i.e. HTML/Web UI and Outlook Client Plug-in).
Advanced searching/notification for MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT, PDF, TXT, .zip indexing. Features include fuzzy, proximity and Boolean searches, scheduled searches, automatic email notifications and double-byte character set support.
Miscellaneous archiving features include; AD/LDAP authentication, flexible, granular retention options, legal hold, workflow for email comments and tags, contact archiving, end-user mailbox folder correlation, multi-unit searching and flexible security (audit trails, granular permissions and access controls).
Email export capabilities for PDF (inc. attachments) and EML.
