What does the product look like from an end-user perspective?

The layout of the archiver can be configured to match the preferences of the user.  It can be told to sync folders, allowing the users personal mailboxes folders to appear on the Portal, as well as on the Outlook plug in. (If a folder doesn’t appear on the archive, it indicates that there was no data within that folder.)

The user can access any stored information using the downloadable plug-in, or by using the search function within the archiver.

It is important to note here that an archived email will appear to offer a “Deletion” option. However, as has been noted, the Intradyn appliance does not allow for deletion of archived materials. This “Deletion” will simply close out the window containing the message being viewed by the user.
