Is this certificate between the archiver and the Exchange Server?

The SSL certificate applies to the web services on a particular unit.

In regards to pulling information from the Exchange server, the Intradyn appliance uses either secure IMAP or secure POP fetching (configured within the fetcher settings) or pushes the data to the archiver and force encryption by configuring it to run through SMTP servers.
